Aim has been really busy capturing pesky raccoons! Taking these guys for a long drive to their new home! The homeowner heard strange sounds, gave us a call and we responded right away. Give us a call if you have bats, raccoons or squirrels!
March 20, 2017 is the FIRST day of Spring! With the warm air of Spring, bats will start moving around and become more active. Bats are not loners. They usually are with a colony. If you hear the scurrying in your attic, there is a good chance there are bats. Give Aim Wildlife Control a call! Happy Spring!
Most bats are able to squeeze through very narrow slits and cracks. Did you know the common brown bat can enter a space 5/8" by 7/8"? The big brown bat can squeeze through a 1-1/4" x 1/2" opening! See the large arrow? This is where the bats were entering this home!
Completed the elimination of woodchucks against this home's foundation. They can be very destructive little critters. Once their three month winter snooze is done, they look to pack on some weight. Did you know that they can eat more than a pound of vegetation in one sitting? That is equivalent to a 150 pound man scarfing down a 15# steak!
Deterrents for bats and squirrels do not work! Almost every deterrent sold on the market does NOT work. Ultrasonic devices are only a waste of electricity. Squirrels are not afraid of radio's and bat's are not afraid of light.
